At Moonboon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
